19:30 in the Church Rev’d John Explains “The Bible in the Eucharist” - This talk will look at the language that is used during the Church Service. Why we use it and where it comes from.

12:30 - 13:30 - LENT LUNCHES Comprising Soup and a Bread Roll (£2) served in the Church Hall

14:00 - The LENT COURSE -  Women in the Bible

SATURDAY 23rd MARCH

10:00 - 12:00 - Easter Coffee Morning in the Church Hall.    We will be grateful for donations of Easter Eggs as raffle prizes, and small simnel cakes for the cake stall. If you are able to help with this coffee morning please speak to Sybil (01939 232568)

12:00 - 13:30 - Community Lunch.   This event is free of charge. Booking is helpful but not essential.. Please ring 01939 232682 or email claireglover728@gmail.com

CHURCH ELECTORAL ROLL REVISION - 2024

The Electoral Roll Revision will take place between 14th March and 27th March 2024, Information and application forms are available in the orange binder at the rear of the Church (from 25th February). More information is available in FAQ format here.

The Church Electoral Roll is a list of those people who are allowed to attend and vote at the Annual Parochial Church Meeting on the 11th April 2024. A new Roll was completed in 2019, this year we only need to revise the Roll. To apply for inclusion on the Electoral Roll, you need to be baptised, over 16 years of age, live in the parish, or, if not, have worshipped in the parish for six months prior to enrolment.

A copy of the 2023 Roll (updated 17/2/24), showing names only, is on the notice board inside the West Doors and in the orange binder at the rear of the Church. Please check if you are already included. The PCC maintains the detailed Roll in electronic form which can be made available for inspection if a reasonable request is made to the PCC.

 

If anyone would like to be added to the Roll, they need to complete an “Application for Enrolment” form available in the orange binder (blue folder),  Place the completed and signed form in an envelope provided and please put that in the pink folder at the rear of the orange binder.

CHURCH FLOWERS
